Far more than excellent! This transaction involved many partied as it was a short salae of a Condotel. As such, there were a number of "unforseen" developments which delayed the closing for several months. At times it looked as though the deal would fall apart. Whenever there was a crisis, your Agent was the force that held the parties together and pulled them through. Had it not been for his resourcefulness and perserverance, I doubt whether we could have closed the deal. In retrospect, it was a great learning process for me and someday I may use the over 100 emails exchanged as the basis for a case study not only in real estate but also in human relations in general.
